Why Clyde

Late one snowy New York evening, friends gathered, good times were had, and in the wee hours of the night, a book was read. "Rockin Steady - A Guide to Basketball and Cool" by Walt Frazier (and Ira Berkow) was brought out and read aloud to the heavily inebriated group. What we uncovered was literary magic, and despite our laughter we knew we had uncovered something special. This book, is bigger than its words, part basketball tutorial part life lesson, written in a style and prose that is 100% Clyde, awoke us all to a new reality...

The book had answers, and in times where the world is coming apart at the seams, and the Knicks have fallen from glory, we asked kept repeating to ourselves...."What Would Clyde Do"....

Its a metaphor to be exact, it's seeing things for what they are, it's seizing the day, it's knowing how you are, its cool, its now, its' before, it's after...say it again " What Would Clyde Do"....we could all learn something..

"Hey Clyde - So whats it all about ....sports and stuff"

Oh no no no.....

Its about many things, I will blog, others will occasionally join in, we will talk about life, music, sports, random notes, whats happening to America, and most importantly getting back to the reality of whats in front of us, by asking ourselves - "What Would Clyde Do"
