Step Forward, Step Back

Maybe I could launch my wheelchair in there?

I got really excited about those Knicks yesterday, overcourse it was premature, as after a great win, they followed it up with a really bad loss (no effort, no hustle, flat performance). A very weak way to limp into the All Star Break.

Speaking of the NBA All Star Break, hopefully you are all aware that it will be in Las Vegas this year, which merely means that more children will be fathered in Vegas this weekend, versus any other weekend in recent memory. Sports Guy has a really funny take on the upcoming weekend in this weeks Mailbag.

Also of note from the NBA, one of the my least favorite NBA players (only because he tortured the Knicks), Tim Hardaway, was a bit too honest about his feelings about John Amaechi. You have to read this to believe it.

A Quantam Leap:

Between Mariano Rivera (threatening) and Bernie Williams (most likely) not being Yankees next year, my fanship of the Yankees is headed for an all time low. Way to go Brain Cashman!
