The NBA All Star game in Vegas, turned out pretty much exactly how we all though it would, well maybe worse. Embarassing for the great name of Vegas, and another black eye for the NBA (and this one really isn't the players fault....) Covered here in a funny way by Bill Simmons (who calls it the Hip Hop Woodstock - only without the peace and love), and the real story here and here .

By the way, next year, we are going to see how far we can take this, as the NBA brings the show to New Orleans!

Yesterdays Knicks excitement, was lost last night in Philadelphia. Damn are we (yes I mean "we") inexcusably inconsistent.

Turns out the movie "Dodgeball" was probably plagiarized from someone else who actually lived the story of the movie (to some extent) and wrote an oddly similar script. In any event
whenever you can get a good Dodgeball article you take it.
