Last night there was something on TV called "The State of The Union", its an annual event where Presidents babble for an hour or so, and people clap, often. I did not watch, BUT I did hear about two great things:
1) Dikembe Mutombo, a former or still current NBA player, was given a shout out by GWB, because he built a hospital in his native land. Oddly he also sat next to the President's wife....Laura.....hmmm......
2) WWCD honoree - Wesley Autrey, the subway superhero, continues being the man, he too was given a "shout out", as follows:
"Three weeks ago, Wesley Autrey was waiting at a Harlem subway station with his two little girls, when he saw a man fall into the path of a train," he continued. Autrey, as everyone now knows, saved the man's life with a split-second decision. "There is something wonderful about a country that produces a brave and humble man like Wesley Autrey," Bush concluded, as the applause erupted again, and Autrey stood from his seat to give the president a thumbs up.
I wonder who Wesleys press agent is, that person my friends, is a genius.

Clyde Speaks:
The Knicks go up against the 33-8 Phoenix Suns tonight, most likely w/o Stephon Starbury. The Suns are on a 14 game winning streak. This could get ugly quick, or as I predict, Nate Robinson will have 25 points and 15 assists play shut down D on Steve Nash, and the Knicks will shock the world. Knicks 115, Phoenix 107
